SUMMARY

We collect nothing about you. Our apps have no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics and no servers that receive your data. What you create stays on your device unless you choose to use a feature that sends it somewhere.

WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE

Your files, screenshots, clipboard contents, recordings, extracted text and settings stay on your device. Where possible, features such as text recognition (OCR), barcode and QR decoding, colour extraction and translation run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in systems, with nothing sent anywhere.

FEATURES YOU CHOOSE THAT SEND DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Some optional features send only the specific content you select to a third party, only when you activate that feature:

- Ask AI: the content you choose (such as a region of your screen, or some text) is sent to the AI provider you select, for example Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude or OpenAI, using an API key that you supply and that is stored only on your device.

- Translation: performed on your device by Apple where possible. If you have set an AI key, translation may instead be carried out by your chosen AI provider.

- Web search: opens the query you choose in your default web browser.

- Reverse-image search: when you choose to search by an image, that image is briefly uploaded to a temporary third-party image hosting service so that an image search engine such as Google Lens can retrieve it, and the results then open in your default browser. Where the host supports it, the temporary copy is set to delete automatically (typically within about an hour). The image is uploaded only when you tap the image-search action.

- Cloud storage (Dropbox) and iCloud: used only if you connect them, and only to store or sync the items you choose.

In every case the data travels directly from your device to that service. We never receive it, see it or store it.

PERMISSIONS

Our apps request system permissions (such as Screen Recording, Microphone or Accessibility) only for the feature that needs them, and use them only for that purpose. Screen captures are processed on your device and then discarded. Nothing is collected in the background.

PURCHASES

Any in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

When you use a feature that sends data to a third party, that data is handled under that company's own privacy policy. The third parties our apps can send data to, always only at your initiation, include Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Dropbox, Apple, and temporary image hosting services used for reverse-image search. Please refer to their privacy policies for details of how they handle data.

CHILDREN

Our apps are not directed at children.
